There is no better way to replace a missing tooth than with a dental Implant. When a tooth is removed, the bone starts to resorb; an implant will preserve the bone and prevent it from being lost forever.

Every case is different, typically there are two approaches:

1. A tooth is taken out and an implant is placed the same-day as the extraction
2. A tooth is taken out, bone is placed and allowed to heal. After the bone has completely healed, an implant is placed.
